If you've included items there, it'll be included as a part of the translation export. Also, just as an FYI responding via email includes your signature here and you're welcome to edit the post to remove that information if you'd like.

Hi Souk,
There isn't a way to remove it from the translation feature. If you've included items there, it'll be included as a part of the translation export.
