Hi I've imported a course in French, Spanish, Russian and Chinese without problem, but the Arabic version will not import. Storyline goes through the motions very quickly, but nothing is updated. The course font is Verdana. I saw some feedback suggesting I should use Arial Unicode MS. I have installed this in Windows 10 and it appears in Storyline if I highlight text and select from dropdown but it doesn't show in the font theme list. I have now created a new font theme using Arial Unicode MS but still I cannot successfully import the Word doc.
For anyone that reads this, I eventually managed to resolve by re- exporting for translation and then copying the translated column into the new exported doc.
