Translation/Editing Export help needed

Hey there,

I need some help with a client request. My would like to use the export for translation feature to use as a tool for submitting text changes for us to use as an import option to streamline the text editing/review process.

We have been trying to export projects, and some of us can export the files, and some of us can't. Honestly, it seems random. I can publish some files, but not others. Some with hyperlinks in them, and some without. One file I can't publish, but my colleague easily can. This is across mutliple projects.

When it fails, we get the blank error message that others on this forum have talked about.

I've tried importing the entire file into a new Storyline file, and that didn't change anything.

Honestly, I'm very frustrated with it, and can't seem to find the common denominator so that we can move forward to find the solution.

Also, when we import a successful export back in with the changes, we've seen random text boxes being deleted (specifically ones where no changes were made). 

Are there any 'gotchas' or troubleshooting steps I should go though to resolve these issues?
