Thanks for getting back to me. I'm sorry to hear that the text still isn't translating. Have you recently installed the software? If not, you might want to make sure that you've downloaded and installed Storyline's Update 1. You can download the update here.
If you've already installed the update, or install and see no change, please go ahead and submit a support case with us. We'll be able to take a closer look at what's going on. Also, if you do submit a case, please share the case number with me, so I can follow the progress and update this thread. That way, I can share the resolution for anyone else that runs into this problem.
Did you solve your problem? I had a similar issue and found that I had to have the original file open before importing the translation and then saving it with a different name. Hope this helps.
Somethings to watch for once you get the translation to work are answers to question slides still being in the original language.

I have got slide which display that the import file for french languages is successful for translation.
And it is as follow :
After completed successful still the content remain in English languages. It is displayed as follow :-
Could you help me out to achieve the right way to achieve so.
