Trigger Actions based on Slider Interactions

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to achieve an interaction where the learners have to select their responses from different sliders (on various layers of a slide). Based on their selection, they should be able to see their choices in a final feedback layer. But I can't seem to create this interaction.

Can anyone help me achieve this?
