A button has a trigger that if the button is clicked an audio file plays (generated by text to speech).
I was wondering: if a user does not click the button, does the audio file then still get automatically (down)loaded onto the user's computer?
The idea behind the question: people with a poor Internet connection can choose not to click the button and skip the audio. But if the audio gets loaded irrespective whether the button gets clicked, that wouldn't solve it.

The audio will get downloaded as part of the preloading.
