Trigger to jump to next slide which is screen recording

When I enter a trigger on a button to jump to the next slide, which is a screen recording, nothing happens with the button is clicked. It works fine when showing layers or jumping to other slides, just the one with the recording doesn't work. Any ideas how to get this to work?

I have been unable to reproduce this problem in a new, empty file. Would you mind please sending us a copy of your .story project file for a closer look? Thanks!

Thanks for your reply Justin. I have since found out that when I Publish to Browser and view it from there, it works. Previously I was viewing from the Preview button.
