Hello, I am creating a course in which one of the slides has a button. I need to create a Trigger that sends email to abc.d@gmail.com. For one of the buttons, I created "send email to abc.d@gmail.com" when the user clicks the button. However, after publishing the course in LMS, the button does not respond and does not redirect to Outlook with the email address "abc.d@gmail.com".

If it works in SCORM Cloud, I recommend reaching out to your LMS, as it might be a setting on their end.
