I have a menu slide with lots of triggers and variables, which when previewing in storyline 360 work perfectly. However, as soon as I publish to our LMS as a scorm 1.2 file, they stop working. There are slide, variable and object triggers on the slide, and it's the object triggers which are failing. I've attached the screen shots of the triggers. Any suggestions? Thanks Caryl :)
For LMS related issues, we recommend testing in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is specific to your LMS.
If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Thanks for coming back to me Joe. I think I've managed to resolve this by copying out the original slide to another scene and then copying it back in to it's original place. It seems to be working fine now, so happy days! Thanks and best wishes, Caryl
