I followed the tutorial instruction for inserting an mp4 video into my Storyline project. Before I preview, the first frame of the video is visible, but when I click preview it disappears - looks like a white box over the rest of the slide. When I try to preview the slide, the video isn't visible at all, though the objects behind it are. I already selected to bring it to the front.
Is it a video place holder you're seeing, and there is another trigger to play the video instead of it playing automatically? If you'd like to change the video placeholder, you'll want to review the method here.
