Trouble viewing Story on Network for more than one user

We moved our New Employee Orientation to Storyline 2. The problem is when we have more than 2-3 people trying to access it, the last person who tries to get on either gets a blank screen or it lags or gets stuck. I'm wondering if it's a network issue or if there is another way to access a story on our network? We are not using an LMS and we cannot use Articulate Online.

Hi Amanda!

Are you publishing the Storyline content for web distribution as in this tutorial.

After publishing, do any of the following:

  • Use the FTP option on the Publish Successful dialog to upload the published files to a web server.
  • Use your own FTP client to upload the published files to a web server.
  • Give the published files to your server administrator to upload to a web server.

After uploading your published content to a web server, give learners the URL for the story.html file.
