Trouble viewing the learner response for Text Entry questions in SCORM report

Hi everybody! 

I am pretty new to Articulate/storyline and have been really struggling to figure out a way to view the LMS report for my 'Text Entry' questions. I have scoured the other forums and discussions with little success.

Basically, I want to be able to go into the LMS report and see what each individual student wrote in their Text Entry boxes.  These are open-ended, free-response questions which are set as "ungraded" in storyline.

I have ran my quiz as a SCORM2004 file through SCORMCloud and been able to view the 'learner_response' for all of my 'Pick Many' and 'Drag Drop' questions (also set as ungraded), but I cannot view the learner_response for my Text Entry questions... it just shows up as blank (see last 2 results on registration state). 

One week into Articulate, I am feeling a little in over my head, so if someone has a more simple solution to make the viewing Text Entry responses easily accessible, please let me know. I am eventually going to be putting this quiz into Canvas (which uses SCORM) and need to be sure that its actually possible to view learner Text Entry responses in SCORMCloud before trying to get it all synced up with Canvas... hopefully this all makes sense, thanks in advance!
