I have created a storyline presentation and initially found no problems and uploaded into an LMS for completion. Later I found that after completing the course it continued to show in progress and would take users back to the same question at the end of my presentation. Has anyone had trouble with this or know how to fix the issue?
The first step I use when troubleshooting LMS issues is to see what happens when you upload and test it in SCORM Cloud. https://cloud.scorm.com You can create a free account and do your testing on an industry-standard LMS.
If it works there, then it will point you to something specific with your LMS. If not, then it will point you to something within your Storyline project file.
