Unable to install Storyline Sep 12, 2023 By Richard Fernandes I've been unable to install adobe storyline onto my admin locked laptop. My tech guys here tried and said: I have checked and you have the minimum requirements. I logged in as a local administrator to the laptop and ran the installation as an administrator and you still receive the error code "8000704ec". Has anyone come across the same problem?

A quick Google search tells me that the error code is related to running a third-party antivirus software. Do you have antivirus software running?
