When I recently purchased Storyline, my email confirmation included a link to a complimentary character pack because I also have Articulate Studio. I downloaded the character pack, and followed these instructions (http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=st1&id=kudqxjoq87xs), but I am not able to complete the installation. Specifically, the trouble is that when I enter my product serial number, the Next button is still grayed out. I have tried entering my Storyline serial number and my Presenter serial number.
Has anyone else had trouble with this? If so, what was your solution?
Since neither the Storyline or Presenter serial numbers will activate a Character Pack, the product activation email you received (where you found the download link for the character bundle) should have also included a unique Character Pack Serial Number to activate. This Serial Number should begin with a prefix of CPK01-.
