Unable to Pause Web Objects when User Navigates out of the Tab

Hi all,

I am trying to create a training that relies on an individual slide's timeline to block the learner from advancing before the video is over. The video is a web object embedded from Warpwire. While the timelines synch well when staying on the tab, the slide's timeline will pause when navigating into other tabs, but the video will continue to play. This is obviously a problem because it can result in large discrepancies of time, which could cause the learner to sit for extended periods of time while waiting on the timeline to catch up.

Update 38 seemed to address this concern with video files directly attached to the Storyline file, while a Javascript workaround from another thread may be workable, but I can't seem to figure out what When condition that I could use to execute the Javascript and pause the media because there is no Timeline Pauses condition.
