I am a newbie here. So my appologies if I asking a silly questions. I used the built-in "drag and drop" template and it works. Only problem is that I am unable to remove the background text that came with the template. Can someone advise?
Thanks Phil! That was incredibly fast response. And the solution was so simple!
I have a related but more difficult question to ask you. Also with the default built-in template (see new attached file). As I drag the items across to the clipboard, it appears to have a fixed sequence "Rectangle Hotspot 1" to "Rectangle hotspot 4". Is there a way to "disable" that the sequence? i.e. it doesn't matter which correct answer I put on the clipboard?
Basically, the answers are either correct or incorrect. But it doesn't matter which sequence comes first. Is that possible?
Thanks for sharing your file - although I'm unsure on what you're describing. I see that you've got four individual drop targets, so depending on where the user drops them they'll snap to those individual targets. You can drag them in any order, so it doesn't matter which choice you drag first. Also, choice 6 is labelled as correct, but does not have a drop target associated with it. So you may want to look at updating that as well.
Thanks for responding. I have 3 correct answers that I would like to move
to the clipboard. The sequence of which one appears on the clipboard is not
important. However, the current setting considers it "incorrect" even if my
correct answers are selected, but does not correspond directly to
"drop
When I dragged the three correct answers, it scored correctly for me - with all of our questions there is no partial scoring, so you'll need to bring them all across. I'm not sure I'm clear on what you're referring to as not correspond directly to drop? Perhaps you could share a screen recording of the behavior you're seeing and how you'd expect it to behave?
Thanks for responding. To clarify, I had 3 correct answers that I would like to move to the clipboard. The sequence of which one appears on the clipboard is not important. However, the current setting considers it "incorrect" even if my correct answers are selected, but does not correspond directly to "drop_target".
However, I have good news! I watched a few more youtube tutorials and found a work around. By expanding 1 single hot spot and using the "Tile" option, I managed to get what I want. Now my answers snap" to the clipboard and the sequence issue no longer matters.
Regardless, thanks for quick response. I loving this new community I have joined. Makes the software purchase all the more worthwhile! :)

The text is inside of the state. Click on the object and choose Edit state from the bottom states tab

Hi Benedict,
Happy to hear it - and now I understand what you're looking to do! Definitely using one hot spot and allowing it to tile is the way to go.
Thanks for the community love too - we're happy to have you here.
