Unviewed markers

I have created a course that has several slides using markers. There is no quiz in the course, so we have tracked/reporting for LMS as # of slides viewed and as completed/incomplete.
We have had several learners come back and given us screen prints that they have viewed all the slides but it marks them as "incomplete".
My question is if the learner does not click on all the markers on a slide, does that track the slide as not viewed? Do I need to restrict them to view all the markers to have it mark as completed?

As soon as a slide's timeline begins, the slide is marked as "viewed". The learner does not have to interact with the markers at all.
Have you tried testing this to see whether you get a Complete or Incomplete status after you go through the entire course?
I'd be happy to help you with that testing, if you'd like. Simply attach your file here, and I'll test it on SCORM Cloud. If everything works correctly there, that's a clue that this issue is likely related to your LMS.
