Upgrading Storyline 1 projects

I recently upgraded to Storyline 2 and have been trying to upgrade my existing projects (about 30 of them) from Storyline 1 to Storyline 2. When I try and open a Storyline 1 file from within Storyline 2, it starts to upgrade it and then gives me an error message "The Project File Could Not be Saved. Object reference not set to instance of an object".
When I try and import slide by slide, I cannot see any of the imported slides except for the quiz slides which come through. I have raised a support case with Articulate but so far they have not been able to resolve it. I am totally stuck at the moment. Has anyone had a similar problem. This is really frustrating!

I do see your support case and it is still open on our end. I want to verify that you are using the latest update of Storyline 2, which can be found here. If you still have issues with this, you can send a reply to your support ticket for follow up.

Thanks for your note. Yes I am still having problems. I confirm I am using
the latest version of Storyline 2. I have to update my courses frequently
and without a solution I am really stuck as the effort involved in
recreating in Storyline 2 is huge. Unfortunately I have had to go back to
using Storyline 1 until this issue is resolved.

I'm having the same problem. I was told by support that I had to use my computer drive and not the network drive H: . I moved everything to my C: drive but I'm still getting the same message as Atul.

I do see that you have a case open with the support team. You may want to reply to the latest email that was sent with this additional information for more assistance in troubleshooting.
Any progress? The situation is getting dire to be able to release this project with the mobile capabilities of Storyline 2. We can't send out two different versions.
