I have a storyline file i'd like to be able to "put" somewhere on the web. Ideally, have a link to it so that I can attach it in email signature. Is there any way to do this? I do not have access to any website FTP information through my company and same regarding publishing it to web. Also - we don't want it in our LMS, it's a different style project than normal e-learning.

You could publish for the web, and put it on Amazon S3. Be sure you set all the permissions to allow public access to all the files in the folder.
