Hello, I am trying to load pictures/screenshots from SnagIt into my presentation and they are very blurry. I have tried to resize and and also tried SnipIt. The screens look great in SnagIt and when are pasted in are very bad. How do I fix this? Thanks!
Is the image larger than the size of your Storyline? If your Storyline is set at the default 720x540 and you paste a larger image into the space, Storyline will resize the image to fit and that may result in a blurred look.
It is not, it is within the parameters. I checked into that yesterday. We even tried making the image smaller and it still looked the same. I have several other presentations I have completed using different systems that I am using screenshots and have not had this happen.
