URGENT: No audio after published in storyline 3 May 21, 2020 By Huong Dang Hello everyone, I have issue with sound when publishing in Storyline 3. My computer installs Windows 10, Storyline 3 version 3.9. After published, I preview local file but without background Sound or Voice. I insert the audio file in .mp3 fomat. I also tried a few ways but still no voice: - Preview all content before publishing - Create a new storyline and publish again: This way I tried the first time ok (have voice) but the 2nd time not ok (still no voice) I have been researching this issue on topics since 3 years ago. But there is no solution. Is there any solution to this problem? My English is not good, thank you for reading.

To ensure your course is working as expected, you'll have to publish for the web or LMS. Storyline 3: Publishing and Sharing Content Additionally, you can also publish for LMS and test your file in SCORM Cloud to see if it works correctly there. Hope this helps!

We don't support viewing published courses locally, as some of the features, like audio, can fail due to security restrictions.
To ensure your course is working as expected, you'll have to publish for the web or LMS.
Additionally, you can also publish for LMS and test your file in SCORM Cloud to see if it works correctly there. Hope this helps!
