Use of Content Library slide templates with a custom story size

Hi everyone!

I have a question concerning the slide templates available in the Content Library. For some reason, I am required to use a custom story size of "1280 x 720" pixels under a company guideline. Unfortunately, not all templates in the Content Library work with that story size and get distorted when inserted from the Content Library. As a workaround, I tried to download the template into a separate project using the default story size and then marked all contents of the slide and copied it to a new slide in my current project. This works, but then the image is too small and I find it impossible to resize the individual items so they fit together. I would love to use the Vibrance Related Content Interaction (with the colored circle) because it perfectly fits my needs.

Is there an easy way to adjust the template to my story size?

Hi Kerstin,

Thanks for reaching out regarding Content Library Templates. Please see the following FAQ Will Content Library 360 templates work with any slide size?

Articulate recommends using a standard 4:3 or 16:9 slide size for best results. Given your slide size of 1280 x 720, it may require some resizing of objects to properly fit. I've attached a sample file with the interaction resized to fit your story size.
