At the moment, if a user fails my exam, they can try again, until they pass. Can you please help me think of a way to have it mark as complete, even if the user does not pass the exam?
Currently, Storyline 360 will only tell the LMS whether the learner has met the completion requirement or not.
Set the completion criteria to pass/fail should stop them trying agin. If not you may need to look at attempts in the LMS, shouldn't reopen if you send fail.

On the failure layer, try adding another trigger to "Complete" when the timeline starts on the layer.
