Hi am looking for a way to allow a user to highlight sections of a question text. They need to be about to highlight and then if they choose to return to question to review before submitting the highlighted elements need to remain. Ideally they would choose a highlighter 'tool' and change the cursor.... I don't know if this is possible though!
