User is getting blank screen

My user has viewed my files before using a zip file copied over from Dropbox.

I have just provided an updated file which he has copied across but now can't view it and just gets a white screen. I haven't changed the settings and it works fine on my machine.

Any ideas welcome?

Hi there, Sharon!  What format did you use to publish your course?

  • Web:  Dropbox disabled the public file sharing feature effective 10/3/2016, so you won't be able to host your course this way.  Otherwise, downloading and viewing web output on his machine locally might not play as expected.
  • CD:  Is your user downloading the zip file, extracting it, and using the Launch_Story.exe to open the course?
