When the user completes our course that was published using Storyline 360 and SCORM 1.2, it brings the user to a blank screen in the saba LMS that only shows the title of the course and nothing else. When you refresh the page and close the course again, then it will take you back to the normal screen that you are meant to go to. All progress is saved after refreshing the blank screen. Any suggestions on how this blank screen may be fixed?

A helpful troubleshooting step would be to test your course in SCORM Cloud. It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS (Saba) or the Story file itself. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it's performing as it should, then your issue is LMS based.
