Using Import Translation Feature

Hi - I am trying to import a translated file back into storyline, and I'm getting a message once I click on import, (I opened a new project) and select the word file, that it looks like its uploading, I then get a message that says that the translation import was completed successfully, but there's nothing. what am I doing wrong? do I need to import the translation on the existing course then "save as" and go that way?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Lisa,
I typically do a save as just to make sure it's counting as a new file - and you'll want to follow the steps here. I'd also make sure you've closed the word file before going through the import.
Hey there, Ashley - I did everything as stated in this email and just to make sure, followed the steps you sent - I am still getting that the import was successful, but nothing has changed.
