Using Raptivity Inside Storyline (viewing using ipad)

Hi,
Hope someone can give me a solution for this. I am doing testing for Raptivity template used inside Articulate Storyline. I have published using LMS via laptop, mobile phone using android and all work fine. However when viewing with ipad, the Raptivity file does not seems to load.
I have tried Raptivity User's solution (in another similiar forum) which is to use web object. His solution was to:
"Upload the HTML5 output of Raptivity to any website and use that link/URL asa web object in Storyline. In the final output it would load the HTML5 ofRaptivity on the slide."
I tried this method but the file still does not load when viewing on an ipad. I've tried the same file on my laptop and it works. can someone help me out with this?

I'm afraid I haven't worked with Raptivity - so I cannot give any advice on that.
Have you tried testing with a different web object, to see if the problem lies with any web object you insert, or if it's just a problem with the Raptivity web object?
Also, on the iPad are you actually viewing HTML5 content, as the comment suggests? Or are you publishing for the Articulate Mobile Player?
You may also want to make sure you're publishing with Update 3. To find this information, click on "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline".
If you're not running version 3 (1305.2012), please download and install the update using the link below:
Articulate - Storyline Update 3
Once you've finished installing the update, please republish and test your course on the iPad. If the problem continues after installing the update, or if you already have Update 3 installed, please let me know.

Thank you for the warm welcome.
I have installed the update and republished, but still no positive results so far. The Raptivity content still does not show even when I use Web Object.
I am publishing for the Articulate Mobile Player.
Anybody else can offer me a solution? I can email you the source file.
