Hey everyone, I am having some difficulties and hope that someone can help.
I did a screen recording in Replay, created the audio files in Audacity (saved as *.wav files) then opened Premiere Pro CC and combined them to get the timing correct.
Then I saved the PP CC file as an *.mp4 file.
When I insert this into Storyline 360 the audio files will not play.
An MP4 file should play in Storyline normally, regardless of where it was created.
Does it not play in preview for you, the published output, or both? Any chance you could share a copy of your .story file with that audio - we can do a bit more testing that way.
I found a work around by inserting the audio files into the replay file and putting them in the "B" line. then publishing as an MP4. I will try to recreate the problem and send it to you so we can figure out what I did wrong in the first place.

Sounds good, Mark! We're here whenever you're ready to share a file.
