V 3.10 Bug

Hi,
Made the mistake of upgrading to 3.10 a few weeks ago- in the middle of a big project(my bad). Since then, my mouse pointer has had a cross hair at the tip. A black mark at the tip. Now, its a giant hand for a mouse pointer. It's a regular mouse pointer in all other applications and Word, Outlook etc. I only have the big hand when I'm in a Storyline file. Is there anyway I can roll back to the earlier version? Please help. Just tried to import into a new file, but have the same big hand mouse!

That's an odd one, Karyn! Smart idea to open a support case as well as start a new discussion thread. I see you're working through this with Eloisa--you're in good hands there!

Hey, I have got a similar problem using storyline 360.
My mouse pointer looks like a very small black dot whenever I hover over or click objects/pictures/anything not locked.
Do you have any suggestions?

You're not alone -- we've seen other reports of this, and it seems to be due to a Windows display setting.
What version of Windows is installed on your computer, and what display settings are you using?

I am using Windows 10 Pro version 1803.
My display settings are 125%, 2560x1440, landscape.

Do you see any improvement if you switch your display setting to 100%?
