when clicking the "correct button" layer on a quiz i have a Variable that sets to TRUE in order to activate the storyline player Next button. However, when returning to the quiz the variable does not appear to have been stored and the next button is goes back to it's unclickable state (false).
i thought that once a variable was set to true it would stay "true". When i go back to the page the "correct" button layer is hidden, or course. but becuase i previously had clicked the "correct" button on the hidden layer it seems like the variable should still be TRUE and the Next button would remain activated
hmmmmm..... i have the variable to set to TRUE on "correct" layer, and the Jump To variable with the "if question 1 is equal to true... on Main Quiz layer. perhaps it's not setting the variable. problem is I do not want the submit button to set the variable to true in case they get the question wrong.
What are your slide revisiting properties? How is the user navigating away from this slide and returning to it? As Pranali mentioned it may be helpful to take a look at your slide and the associated triggers. You can attach a file here using the paperclip icon, and just keep in mind the forums have around a 20 mb limit for file uploads. You could include just that set of slides/layers or even a sample/mock up that exhibits the same behavior.
