Variables nightmare (1)

I'm having a variables nightmare this week! It seems every course I'm working on develops a variables error that I can't resolve.
I've attached my latest one. There are three potential navigation options:
* jump to the start page if any one of the three named variables is false
* jump to the streams landing page when all of them are true.
Currently, although all the named variables change as expected, I have to visit the 'Brian' activity page twice before the streams variables send me to the streams landing page.
What am I getting wrong?

I think I have it doing what you want
Thanks so much, Wendy. I can see you've changed some triggers from 'do X when Y is not equal to true' to 'do X when Y is equal to true'.
I thought 'not equal to false' and 'true' would yield the same result but is that not the case?
