I have a 52 minute video that while in the tool I can see and test and it works perfect. When I go to publish/preview the entire slide is blank. Not even the controls show up. I've done the update and I've closed out Storyline and I just can not figure this out.
It sounds like you were having some issues with the videos in your course not displaying during preview or publishing.
