Problems syncing cc with video. Video and audio are one file, yet are behaving as if separate during playback, preview, and published. AArrggg. Can't synce to a moving target!!!
Playback tends to favor the audio track over the image track as people notice more hiccups in audio than individual video frames dropped. This point holds even more if the content is played over a network where the connection speeds and network traffic loads fluctuate randomly
Best to time for optimal, and acknowledge the technical limitations. Netflix on holidays gets glitchy for a reason
