I've uploaded a new e-learning course to my LMS which includes video content from the 360 Content Library and the videos play fine on PCs and Android but will not load at all when using an Apple device. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I've tried various ways of the media playing from auto playing, needing to click and using triggers. Any help would be much appreciated!

what happens on Firefox and Chrome on Mac OS?

Hi Jurgen
Thanks for the reply - unfortunately the same thing happens when using Chrome on an iPhone/iPad - I'd hoped this would be the easy fix too!

>Chrome on an iPhone/iPad
all browsers on iOS and iPadOS are Safari (with different user interfaces),
only on Mac OS (desktop) Chrome is Chrome and Firefox is Firefox

UPDATE: another idea - try a video without audio track (not only silence) - starts this video on the LMS
UPDATE 2: classic player or/and modern player ?
