Video element and the rewind button

Hi Folks I have 5 video elements in my course.
On each of these pages the audio file is separate as well as the triggered text elements. I have found on 3 of my video slides that my learners can play the video once through but when they hit the rewind button most of the slide resets, the text disappears and triggers again, the audio begins playing - but the video is stuck on the first frame of the video and won't play until I physically take the seek bar and drag it, hit pause then play again. On 2 of my slide videos they behave just fine. I have tried:
-Reset to initial state
-Automatically decide
There is no difference between any of the functioning vs non-functioning slides, they all have the same set of parameters...any thoughts? I can privately share,

Good news! We fixed the issue where: When a video is set to play automatically, the Refresh button does not work in the published output.
