I don't see the video files in the media library. When I right-click on my file, the Show Media Library option is missing. I have the same problem in different projects. Is this normal? What can I do to fix the problem?
I've accidentally had the video hiding on another layer or behind a text box in the past. When you right-click on the video on the timeline does it also not show the media library link?
No video is listed in the video tab in the media library. The reference to the media library does not appear with the right click either. Videos are screen recordings made with Storyline.
Screen recordings don't show up in the Media Library, so what you're experiencing is the expected behavior. We have a feature request logged to include other resources in Media Library, so I added this discussion to the report.
We will let you know if we have any news to share or if this request makes it to our feature roadmap.
