Hi Heroes! I have a video that I've set to play in another browser window.
When it launches, in the LMS, there are no player controls, even though I have set the options to include the player controls at the bottom of the video. (see the attachment)
Hi Leslie! Thank you. Yes, I tried it in SCORM cloud and it did the same thing. So, it doesn't appear to be the LMS. See attached. And thank you again.
This is expected behavior. If you need to have the video controls, you will need to display this in-slide or insert a flash file that will play independently. You'll notice that when you choose to show the video in the slide, the controls appear at the bottom of the slide even while you're in editing mode.
Is the control bar on the slide? If it is appearing below the video, but off the slide, it won't show when played. Had the same issue. We had better luck with setting the Player properties to show control bar and volume.

Hi Sonia!
Is this something that you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS?
If you are able to replicate, could you share your .story file so that I could take a look?

Thank you Ashley!

Thanks Carol - good additional idea and information to have!
