What is the ideal source format/settings for inserting video? I know storyline compresses, so I tried uncompressed.... which seem too large for storyline to process. I've tried a few output formats, which have resulted in lackluster video quality.
I was hoping someone might have a best practice or recommendation. Thanks in advance.
