First time posting and a newbie to Articulate, so please forgive me if the question is basic. I have a company template. All video recording need to fit into 720 x 405 (16.9). However if I record at this size or full screen it is still too big for the template. I've also dragged the record frame to custom sizes, with no joy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It sounds like your slide size is 720x405, is that correct? Are you inserting the recording as a video on one slide or as step-by-step slides? And just to double check, is it possible that you’re working from somewhere other than your local C: drive? Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause a few different problems, and you can read more about that here.
