Hi, I just picked up Storyline 2 and went about creating slides. Then I used replay to record narrated screencasts. Replay produced the mp4 files for me and everything looked good. I added the .mp4 files to the Storyline project and everything works good when I preview the project. However after I publish the project, the timeline shows that the video is playing but there is no picture or sound. What have I done incorrectly?
Where are you viewing the published output and how did you choose to publish?
