Hello, I am attempting to upload a video into StoryLine 360 but keep receiving a message stating this is an "unsupported video type". It's an mp4 which I know should be supported, but it is quite large 2.21GB, does this make a difference. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
