Video with layers. Where did I go wrong?

I have a video of customers going to a restaurant (video not mine, just using a youtube one for practice) and I have layers with MCQ that pop up at certain points on the timeline. The video starts automatically on purpose by the way. The first MCQ layer, no problem, but on the second and third MCQ layers, the first MCQ layer re-appears when I select and answer. Not sure if what I am saying makes sense. I have added the file. If anyone has time to look at it and tell me where I went wrong, I'd be grateful. Thanks in advance :-)
