Video - words and mouth don't match

I am new to Articulate 360. I have four MP4 videos that are each inserted on a layer of separate/individual slides. Three of 4 of the videos work fine in preview mode; in the 4th video, the mouth and words don't match-up. When I publish to LMS, none of the videos are synching the mouth and words correctly.  Any suggestions?

I'd love to help with the odd behavior you're running into, and to do so I'll need a bit more info from you: 

  • Are you using the latest update of Storyline 360, Update 13?
  • What LMS are you using? 
  • What browser(s) have you tested it in while viewing in the LMS?
  • Can you share a copy of the .story file with me, so that I can test it too?
