I have triggered layers on a slide, some with video and some not, and none of the videos will play. The videos are grouped with an object (a frame), and the group (including the video) has a zoom animation applied.
I've read about the limitations of HTML5 with videos, but this situation doesn't seem to match any of them.
I've tested on android chrome, apple ios chrome and apple ios safari browsers and all react the same (I don't want to use the mobile player because I need SCORM support). The videos play fine on a PC or Mac desktops. Any ideas on how I can get these videos to play?
Hello Steven - Is the video that is on the layer set to auto-play? We have had this reported to our team. The only workaround listed at this time is to not place videos set to auto-play on layers.
I will add this thread for both user awareness and for update when applicable.

Yes, they are set to auto-play. I'll try using a trigger instead. Thanks for the response.
