Previously we could not view them, then we got access to youtube and we could view them. Just as we got access the format changed, now we cannot view them at all any more. Any suggestions?
It appears the video is blocked. As you can see it is completely blank. I noticed somewhere some videos were in screenr? What format is this?
It took us about 4 months to have youtube unblocked so it looks as though we need try and get this unblocked. Are these videos available in youtube still, or is there somewhere else we can watch them?
If so, that video is actually hosted on Screenr Business. Maybe you can see if you're able to access that site, or have your IT department check to see if that site, or content from the site is blocked
Yes, as you can see from the screen dump, they are definately blocked and as it may take 3-4 months for my work to unblock them, if at all, is there anywhere else I can view these videos because it is very frustrating when you cannot view any help videos? Or they still available in you tube?
I'm afraid I did not post those videos and I'm not sure how/when they were added to YouTube. Unless there was an issue with permissions, I don't really see why they would've been removed.
I do know a way I may be able to help you out, though. If you can tell me a few videos you'd like to watch, I can try to create a video course for you. It may not be exactly what you'd want, but at least you'd (hopefully) be able to watch the content.
I put together a video recording for the one you mentioned above. Can you take a look and tell me if you're able to watch it, please?
If that works, I can try to make a course that contains the videos for the tutorials you'd like to view. I cannot promise I'll be able to do this right away, but I'd be happy to work with this if it'll help.
Thanks for that. I'm not sure what format they were in previously, or even if they have changed, I thought it must of been Youtube because when we were given access to You tube they worked for a while, then they stopped working.
I will let my colleagues know so we can let you know which ones are a priority.
You're very welcome I'm happy to hear that one worked for you.
I'm going to attempt to start recording some of the videos and creating courses out of them. I'll post a response with the links over time. As I said, it may take a bit for me to do this, but hopefully it'll help. If you find any specific videos that you or your colleagues would like to view, just let me know and I'll add them to the list. The plan right now is to put up all of the Storyline beginner tutorials.
Thanks so much for that. It would be beneficial to create the more complicated ones, as the earlier ones are easy to pick up. It would be great if the new ones were also created in Storyline.

Hi Julie,
Do you mean the videos within the demo files, or the videos that are posted on our site?
If you're unable to see videos posted to our site, can you share a link to one that isn't playing so I can take a look?

Hi Julie,
I can't tell for sure what video or tutorial that is from the screenshot you posted.
I think this is the one that you're trying to view:

Hi Julie,
I've been working on this project a bit today and I thought I'd go ahead and share what I have so far:
Getting Started:
> Add Content to Your Slides
> Create Your First Slide
> Sync Animations with Audio
You can take a look at the course by visiting the link below:

I'll try to keep you updated as I make changes to the course.
Thanks!

Would you mind putting up today's videos on question banks please?
Hi Julie,
I'm out of the office for the day, but I can try to record them for you tomorrow. First, can you tell me which videos you're referring to?
Are these the videos?

Thanks, Yes, they are the videos, no hurry.
Good morning Julie,
Thanks! I recorded and uploaded a course with both videos. Please let me know if you have any trouble viewing them.
