I have been using Storyline for a short time now and I can't figure out why I am unable to view the video files after I published this file. I published this to CD and I uploaded the zip file to Articulate file sharing to get feedback from co-workers. I have tried to run the file in Chrome, Firefox, and IE and the videos are not appearing on any of the Internet applications. I have even tried to re publish and I am still having the same issue. Using the same process, I have other files that I have published videos and viewed without a problem. What am I doing wrong with this file?
Have you already reviewed the information here on why videos may not work in your published output? When you're viewing the CD published output, are users downloading the folder to their local drive and then extracting the files to use the launch_story.exe file? It'll play locally in a version of Internet Explorer, so you won't be able to run it in another browser.
I have read the attachment that is why I can't figure out what is going on. I republished another file and I was able to view the videos. I'm guessing it is something with this file.

Did you confirm that you're working on local project files, and publishing to a local drive first? If you think it's just that file, try importing it into a new project file.
