Videos not playing in sync with the timeline

Hello,

I have a project that one several of the slides I have two videos.  One is an avator that contains the audio for the course and moves and gestures.  It is a swf file.  The second is a flv video.  When the slide launches in preview, everything is synced perfectly.  When I publish and play from either a webserver or even local on my desktop, the swf files takes 2-3 seconds to load and then the files are no longer in sync because the timeline of the slide is playing while the swf is loading.

Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve?  Are there triggers that I can use on each to keep them in sync or is it possible to have the entire file load and queue before starting to play?
