After publishing a new project in Storyline 360. I select the view project button before zipping the course. When I select the launch button on my browser I get this message.
This page says
An error has occurred:
Error - unable to acquire LMS API, may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Please contact technical support.
Press "OK" to view debug information to send to technical support.
I click OK and all I see is a blank screen.
Any suggestions to remedy this situation?

Running an LMS package locally or outside an LMS will do that now.
You could publish to web
I tested the course on SCORM Cloud and it works just fine.
